Joan & David Bassett members of Hesketh Park Bowls Club organised a ladies charity bowls/cream tea event to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support
on Thursday 10th July 2025
Ladies were invited from other clubs to take part in this event. The clubs that took part were
PENINSULA BOWLS CLUB
INVICTA BOWLS CLUB
HESKETH PARK BOWLS CLUB
£600 was raised at this event.
A Brilliant day was had by the players & guests. Thanks to Joan & David Bassett for their hard work in putting on this event and supplying all the food with fabulous home made cakes.
A £600 cheque has been sent to Macmillan Cancer Support.
